Vision Statement

Our Vision
To reach out to the World with the GOSPEL of the GRACE of our LORD JESUS CHRIST (Titus 2:11-14)

Our Mission
To minister and spread the GOSPEL of the GRACE of our LORD JESUS CHRIST to the World in the power of the Holy Spirit and the authority of the GOD’s WORD so as to build effective, victorious and inflencial believers and christian assemblies.

What We Believe

  1. The Godhead
We believe in one Triune God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – each co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, coequal in power and glory, and having the same attributes and perfections being distinguishable but indivisible. (Duet. 6:4; Matt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14; John 14:10, 26).
  2. The Holy Scriptures
We believe the Bible, the sixty-six books of The Old and New Testament, is the inerrant, complete, infallible and God-breathed Holy Word of God and therefore is the final authority for faith and life. The Kind James Version of the Bible shall be our basic standard for use. (2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2 Pet. 1:20-21;).
  3. The Person and Work of Christ
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man, without ceasing to be God, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, in order that He might reveal God and redeem sinful man through his death on the cross and his resurrection (Isa. 7:14; 9:6; Luke 1:35; John 1:1-1, 14; 2 Cor. 5:19-21; Gal 4:4-5; Phil. 2:5-8; Acts 2:18-36; Rom. 3:24-25; I Peter 2:24; Eph. 1:7; I Peter 1:3-5).
  4. The Person and Work of The Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is a person who effects supernatural ministry, manifests supernatural power, enables man to experience the supernatural workings of God empowers man for divine works, experiences and purposes. (John 16:8-11; Rom. 8:9; 1 Cor. 12:12-14; 2 Cor. 3:36; Eph. 1:13-18; 1 John 2:20, 27).
  5. The Total Depravity of Man
We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, but that in Adam’s sin the human race fell, got corrupted and became alienated from God; and, that man is totally depraved, and, of himself, utterly unable to remedy his lost condition (Gen. 1:26-27; Rom. 3:22-23; 5:12; 6:23; Eph. 2:1-3; 4:17-19). Furthermore, the fall of men necessitated the fall of the world (animals, plants, etc) and its systems (meteorological, biological, etc) (Rom.8:19-22). Thus the whole creation, except those in heaven, are all malfunctioning and need salvation (Rom.8:19-22).
  6. Salvation
We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. We also believe in water baptism by immersion, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, laying on of hands and all Christian biblical practices as provided for in the New Testament. (John 1:12; Eph. 1:7; 2:8-10; I Pet.1:18-19).
  7. Right Believing produces Right Living
We believe that all the saved will manifest the the fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22-23) NOT as a result of will-power, self-effort or any other form of natural ability but as an effortless and unconscious manifestation resulting from living a life of knowing, experiencing and receiving the abundance of GOD’s LOVE and GRACE. The christian believer should remain cognisant and conscious of how much they are LOVED by GOD (Right believing) and that knowledge produces faith, transformation and the fruit of the Spirit (Right Living).(Gal.5:22-23;Rom.3:19; Col.1:9-10)
  8. Grace and Not Law
We believe that we are not only saved by GRACE but we also live the christian life by GRACE which is the un-merited and un-deserved favour or goodness of GOD (Gal 3:1-2). GOD does not require us to fulfill the commandments, statues and ordinances of the Old Testament for us to be saved or acceptable to HIM (Rom.3:21). Jesus Christ fulfilled all the requirements of the law on our behalf and in HIM we share in HIS perfection before our GOD (Eph.1:3,6). Thus the LAW could not save anyone (Gal. 3:11; Rom.3:21) but the death of JESUS on the cross gave us salvation being free of charge to us but costed JESUS CHRIST his life and blood.
  9. Righteousness By Faith Not By Works
We believe that Righteousness (Right standing with GOD) has been given to us as a GIFT in JESUS CHRIST and NOT as a reward for our good works (Rom 3:21; Rom.5:17). Being acceptable to GOD (Eph.1:6), justified(Rom.5:1) and being unblammable(Col.1:22) before HIM is a result of HIS GRACE towards us and NOT our good works, fulfilment of the LAW or special natural abilities. Thus a christian believer, as long as he/she keeps their faith in Jesus Christ as their saviour, cannot be punished, condemned, disqualified or abandoned by GOD regarldless of their deeds or works.(Rom.8:1)
  10. Providence of GRACE
We believe that GOD has already (past tense) given every born-again believer every form of blessing and everything needed for live and godliness in spirit-form through Christ Jesus. (Eph 1:3-11; 2 Peter 1:3-4). Our duty is to manifest these blessings in the physical realm through the exercising of our faith.(Mark 11:23-24) under the influence of the revelation of GOD’s WORD and the inspiration of the HOLY SPIRIT. The fallen world, our flesh and evil spiritual forces create resistance to the fress manifestation of the blessings and provisions that GOD availed to us free of charge. Our use of faith destroys the evil resistance and divine manifestations of the blessings of GOD will occur unhindered in our natural circumstances.(1 John 5:4).
  11. The Second Advent of Christ
    We believe in that blessed hope, the personal, literal and imminent return of Christ to mark the end of the current age and the beginning of the age of eternity (Ps. 89:3-4; Dan. 2:31-45;
    Zech. 14:4-11; I Thess. 4:13-18; Titus 2:13; Rev. 3:10; 19:11-16; 20:1-6).
  12. The Eternal State
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all men, the saved to eternal life, and the unsaved to judgment and everlasting punishment (Matt. 25:28,29; 11:25-26; Rev. 20:5-6, 12-13).
  13. The Personality of Satan
We believe that Satan is a spiritual personality commanding a following of fallen spiritual beings, the author of sin and the cause of the Fall of Man; that he is the open and declared enemy of God and man; and, that he shall be eternally punished in the Lake of Fire (Job 1:6-7; Isa. 14:12-17; Matt.4:2-11; 25:41; Rev. 20:10).
  14. Church Ordinances
The Lord’s Supper: – This ordinance from the Lord Jesus Christ is to be observed by the local church in memory of His death, burial and resurrection shall be conducted at such times as deemed advisable by assembly leadership. (1 Cor 11:23-27)
Laying on of Hands: – This ordinance to be observed in times of prayer, ministry, ordination and any other relevant event or occasion by the spiritual leaders or such persons as authorized and delegated to do the same by recognized church authority. (1 Tim 4:14; 1 Tim 5:22; Heb. 6:2)
Other Ordinances: – The church shall undertake to observe and practice any other ordinance as prescribed in the New Testament with strict adherence to ethics, decency and orderliness without limiting or hindering the spiritual liberties, expressions and occurrences.
  15. Missions and Church Planting
We believe that God has given the church a great commission to proclaim the Gospel to all nations and disciple them and as such we must go out to win souls and establish local churches for them to be nurtured in. (Matt. 28:19-20; Mark 16:15; Luke 24:46-48; John 20:21; Acts 1:8: 2 Cor. 5:20).
  16. Giving
We believe that every Christian, as a steward of that portion of God’s wealth entrusted to him, is obligated to support his local church financially. We believe that God has established the tithe as a basis for giving, but that every Christian should give other offerings sacrificially and cheerfully to the support of the church, the relief of those in need, and the spread of the Gospel. We believe that a Christian relinquishes all rights to direct the use of the tithe or offering once the gift has been made and such monies, received in good faith, cannot be reclaimed by any party (Gen. 14:20; Prov.3:9-10; Acts 4:34-37; 1 Cor. 16:2; 2 Cor. 9:6-7; Gal. 6:6; Eph. 4:28; 1 Tim. 5:17-18; 1 John 3:17).
